How much do your legal services cost?
Pricing for our services varies based on the specific needs of your business. We offer a 30-minute (free, no-strings) consultation to acquire information necessary for estimates of our services, and we can generally get this consultation scheduled within 24 hours of your initial outreach.
In some circumstances, we can offer flat-rate estimates, and in other circumstances we can offer hourly rate estimates. We operate on a retainer fund basis, meaning that we bill against a deposited retention amount, and anything left over will be returned to you if we over-estimate costs. Competitive rates are what set us apart from the others!
Do you provide ongoing support after my business is formed?
Yes, we offer ongoing support to ensure your business remains compliant with laws and regulations. Whether you need assistance with intellectual property issues, contract review, or business transitions, we are here to support you as you grow.
